Terms and Conditions:
1) Application form can be obtained from the Office of the Superintendent Sessions Court in Bistan and Har Qam China.
2) Salary and other allowances will be as per the law and rules
3) Age limit will be determined as per the law. Upper age relaxation may be granted by the competent authority as per rules.
4) Incomplete and late application will not be considered.
5) Attach certified education teacher, domicile certificate and national identity card with the application. Also, all the candidates must submit the application certificate which is attested by two certified persons.
6) Government servants should submit applications through their departments.
7) The list of eligible candidates will be displayed on the notice board of the Cold Sessions Court at the office.
8) No expenses will be paid for test interview etc.
9) The competent authority shall have the power to modify or cancel the advertisement or to reduce or increase the number of vacancies in accordance with the policy of the Government.
10) Candidates should submit their applications within one month after publication of the advertisement after which no application will be entertained.
11) Vacancy Serial No. 01 02 will be filled through test interview.
12) The aspirants must be permanent residents of the district.
13) The date of test interview will be displayed on the notice board of the Court Mr. District and Sessions Judge after the last date for submission of applications and will be notified by advertisement.
14) All the posts will be filled up under the prevailing rules issued by the Hon’ble Peshawar High Court and the Provincial Government.
15) Only shortlisted candidates will be admitted to the test interview.
