About Punjab Skills Development Fund (PSDF):
Punjab Skills Development Fund (PSDF) is the largest skill development fund in Pakistan. Founded in 2010, this non-profit organization operates under the auspices of the Government of Punjab (GoPb) in collaboration with the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO). The Private Sector Development Fund is responsible for managing financing for skills training from the World Bank. With a team size ranging from 51 to 200 employees and headquartered in Lahore, Punjab, PSDF has been at the forefront of TVET development since its founding in 2011.
Our client, PSDF, is Pakistan’s largest skills development fund, set up by the Government of Punjab in collaboration with the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO). Over the past 12 years, it has funded the training of over 550,000 young people in over 250 demand-based trades across six programs through an ecosystem of over 500 training providers.
The CEO reports to the Board of Directors, which is responsible for the Fund’s performance. The CEO provides leadership and manages the implementation of programs in accordance with the vision, mission, values and strategic objectives established and/or approved by the Board of Directors.

Education Required:
Hold a postgraduate degree from an HEC-recognized/equivalent institute or any other professional qualification related to PSDF’s main line of business, including social sciences and business studies/public administration,Be a member of a recognized body of professional accountants.
Expertise:
At least 15 years of experience with at least 10 years of experience at senior management level.
The maximum age is 55 years on the last date of application.
