More About Eligibility criteria
The incumbent applying for the position described must meet the following criteria:
- Qualification: The minimum qualifications should be graduation or equivalent degree in banking, finance, economics, business administration and related fields.
- Experience: Must be a professional banker with at least 5 years of experience at senior level such as Executive Vice President and above or equivalent. Head of the Finance Group/Business Line of a bank and possesses the necessary experience and skills to carry out the responsibilities of the position effectively and prudently. Candidates with experience in rural/agricultural microfinance. Financing is preferred. 3. Besides, candidates must be able to pass the Fit & Proper test circulated by the State Bank of Pakistan
- Maximum age: minimum 40 years and maximum 65 years.
- The candidate must be a member of the Bankers Committee of State Bank of Pakistan.
- Pay Package: As per the salary package for the management position is negotiable depending on the qualifications and experience of the selected person.
Salary package
Minimum Monthly Salary: PKR 80,000 (EST)
Maximum Monthly Salary: PKR 150,000 (EST)
