Requirement of security staff for WAPDA With Details
WAPDA requires security staff with following qualifications who are retired from armed forces.
1) Security Inspector (15-BPS) Retired from Armed Forces D Subidar / Naib Subaidar or equivalent Maximum 50 years
2) Security Sergeant (08-BPS) Retired from Armed Forces D Naik Havaldar or equivalent Maximum 45 years
3) Security Sergeant (08-BPS) Armor also
4) Security Sergeant (08-BPS) Driver Also
5) Security Guard (06-BPS) Armed Forces Retired Constable / Lance Naik or equivalent maximum 43 years
6) Security Guard (06-BPS) Food Mandar Armed Forces Retired Sepoy Lance Naik or equivalent (Middle Pass)
For retired Havaldar and Sepoy Milans Naik from resident armed forces of Balochistan and Gilgit-Baltistan, the educational qualification shall be at least middle.

Conditions:
This recruitment is for WAPDA project HHP Dasu in Pakistan. Moreover the selected persons can be posted on any project of WAPDA. And for Retired Armed Forces personnel, Army service of at least 08 years, exemplary character, medical category A” is required. Those who have experience in operations in Al Meezan, Rah Najat, Rao Rast, Zarb Azb, Kashmir and Balochistan and SSG Group Commandos, Commando Course Qualified and Experienced in Admin Duty, Office Work, Look, Electrician, Mechanic, Plumber / Car Paint and Waiter | Preference will be given. Forced evictions will not be eligible.
Three years of continuous satisfactory performance may be considered for permanent employment.
For the first three years the recruitment will be on Lumpsum Salary basis with annual increments linked to Government/Departmental increments.
Candidates who clear the medical and written test will be recruited on the basis of merit. No TA/DA will be granted in this regard. Those who fulfill the above conditions should receive the attested copy of National Identity Card, Army Discharge Book and Educational Qualification Certificate at the following address by registered TCS post on or before 05th October 2023.
